Supporting Education of Adivasi Girls in Pen, Raigad

Javab Foundation was approached by Ahilya Mahila Mandal.
The Ashram has about 20+ girls and provides free hostel and food besides arranging for their education in the nearby Schools and Colleges.
Their hostel building is available free of cost to Ahilya Mahila Mandal for running this hostel. The structure is over 270 years’ old. Internal walls, flooring, electrical work, painting and provision of amenities requires support. The main hall of the hostel that is most frequently used by the young Girls for assembly, play and other activities, was repaired and restored, giving it a new lease of life.
