Pankaj Arora
Director
Pankaj Arora is a Post Graduate in Development Management. He is also the Founding Partner of ACT (asset CSR team) — an Organization that provides CSR Strategy, Social Communication Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment services to Organizations. He has extensive experience working on Skill Development, Women Empowerment, Differently Abled Persons, Road Safety, Environment, Girl Child Education, SWASH and Disaster to name a few. ACT has worked closely with leading Corporates the likes of HERO MotcCorp, Hyundai Motors, Eicher Motors, Escorts and Godrej Properties. Prior to entering the social sector Pankaj has held senior management positions in leading Advertising Agencies and has worked on some of India's leading MNC and Indian Brands.

Ravi Mhatre
Core Team Member
Ravi comes with an excellent connection to the local community in the Pen area. He has his ear to the ground on the needs of the local people as the UpPradhan of Gram Group Panchayat (Bori), Post Wadkhal, Taluka Pen. Ravi is closely associated with the issues of his village. He has been instrumental in helping the villagers there, as well as the 10 neighbouring villages impacting over 10,000 people.
In addition, Ravi has initiated Cleanliness & Awareness Drives on the need for Education, especially for the Girl Child and Sanitation. Along with his team, Ravi last year completed the construction of 40 Toilets under the Prime Minister’s Swachh Bharat Yojna. Ravi understands the challenges and the issues of the community and the opportunities that Raigad has to offer as he continues to inspire the youth to achieve their Goals.
At a Professional level as well, Ravi has executed a number of construction projects in Pen and parts of Raigad. He has worked with the local youth including Masons, Carpenters, Plumbers, Gardeners and the women folk of the community. His understanding of the topography, water table, soil and local flora and fauna are especially relevant to developing the villages there.

Shyam Samant
Director
Shyam is an Artist by Profession and a Farmer - cum - Environmentalist at Heart. His deep understanding of Art and Culture helps in building the capabilities of the local community in what they can produce and what will create marketable solutions for the local produce.
Shyam has worked extensively in tree planting by making the once dry, barren hills of ‘Chitrakootir’ the Creative peoples’ society into a green zone. In addition, Shyam understands Plantations and the issues involved in growing Fruit bearing trees and managing Agri production.

His ability to motivate people through his creative words and his creative executions can help drive the community to build pride in themselves and their work, impact attitudes and behaviour and drive them to a Shared Vision.
His understanding of Brands, Consumers’ and work on Water and Food Categories as well as his being brought up in the heartland of India gives him an edge in understanding communities.
