To help create more self -employment opportunities particularly for unemployed youth and women.

Educational
Train youth for skill sets that are applicable to the local Industries eg factories near Khopoli and Khalapur Toll point
Train Women for self-sustainability and the Hospitality sector – poultry & prawn farming, growing Salads and ready Masala packets.
Provide Educational counselling, guidance and training for IPS/ Bank jobs/ Army/ Sports Quota for Jobs

To develop proper social, cultural, scientific and spiritual attitude amidst rural community.
To instil in villagers an urge and keenness to work for their own development and take ownership for the development of their Villages.

Use sports and playgrounds to create team spirit, social connect, health and build leadership skills.

To create basic infrastructure facilities for the community such as:

- Improve the water table.
